Holy Strength Workout

This full-body workout incorporates scripture reading during rest periods between sets, encouraging both physical and spiritual growth. It can be done at home with minimal equipment.

Equipment Needed:

Exercise Mat
Set of Dumbbells (optional)
Warm-up:
Begin with a 5-minute light cardio warm-up (e.g., jogging in place, jumping jacks, or skipping rope).

The Workout:
Perform each exercise for 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions, resting for 30-60 seconds between sets. During rest periods, meditate on the accompanying scripture passage.

Prayerful Push-ups:

Exercise: Push-ups
Scripture: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." - Philippians 4:13
Faithful Squats:

Exercise: Bodyweight Squats or Goblet Squats (using dumbbells)
Scripture: "For we walk by faith, not by sight." - 2 Corinthians 5:7
Renewed Lunges:

Exercise: Reverse Lunges (alternating legs)
Scripture: "But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." - Isaiah 40:31
Blessed Bicep Curls:

Exercise: Bicep Curls (with dumbbells)

Divine Deadlifts:

Exercise: Romanian Deadlifts (with or without dumbbells)

Holy Planks:

Exercise: Plank Hold
Scripture: "He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak." - Isaiah 40:29
Cooldown:
Finish with a 5-10 minute cooldown consisting of stretching exercises for major muscle groups.
