Tonight's Scripture

“A faithful person will be richly blessed, but one eager to get rich will not go unpunished.” — Proverbs 28:20

Our culture celebrates breakthroughs, big accomplishments, rapid growth, and overnight success.

But much of the Christian life looks different.

It looks like showing up.

Again.

And again.

And again.

God can use ordinary faithfulness to build something much larger than we can see from our individual place in the story.

Scripture reminds us that the body of Christ has many parts, and each one matters. The quiet work you faithfully contribute may be helping someone else in ways you don't even realize.

So if you're tired of doing something that feels repetitive tonight, remember:

Repetition doesn't mean your work has no purpose.

The meal matters.

The prayer matters.

The work matters.

The person you keep serving matters.

And your decision to faithfully show up matters.
