Maybe you're disappointed.
Maybe you're stepping into September carrying unanswered prayers, uncertainty, or circumstances you thought would have changed by now.
Tonight's Your Nightly Prayer is for the in-between.
Tonight's Scripture
“When you pass through the waters, I will be with you...” — Isaiah 43:2
Notice what God doesn't promise.
He doesn't say we'll never encounter deep waters.
He doesn't say we'll never walk through fire.
Instead, He gives us five words that change everything:
“I will be with you.”
Sometimes we want God to change our circumstances immediately. We want Him to remove the uncertainty, answer the prayer, open the door, or finally bring us to the other side.
But sometimes God's answer isn't immediately removing us from the difficult place.
Sometimes He meets us there.
And as you prepare for whatever tomorrow holds, Deuteronomy 31:8 gives us another beautiful promise: God doesn't merely walk beside you.
He goes before you.
You don't know everything waiting for you in this next season.
But God does.
And He's already there.
🙏 What change are you trusting God with tonight?
You can simply pray:
“Lord, go before me.”
