Entering a New Season Rooted in God
Does this new season already have you feeling pulled in too many directions?
New schedules.
New responsibilities.
New demands.
New decisions.
Sometimes change makes us focus so much on what needs to be fixed on the surface that we forget to strengthen the foundation underneath it all.
Tonight’s Your Nightly Prayer is about staying rooted.
Tonight’s Scripture
“But blessed are those who trust in the LORD and have made the LORD their hope and confidence. They are like trees planted along a riverbank, with roots that reach deep into the water...” — Jeremiah 17:7–8
A tree does not become strong by chasing every gust of wind.
It becomes strong by going deeper.
The same is true for us.
Before you try to manage every new responsibility, let God strengthen your foundation.
Before you chase every demand, root yourself in His Word.
Before you worry about what this season will produce, stay connected to the One who sustains you.
You do not have to be perfectly organized to be grounded.
You do not have to have the whole season figured out.
You only need a steady source.
🙏 What is pulling your attention in too many directions right now?
You can simply pray:
“Lord, root me deeply in You.”
