Dear Lord,
Tonight I pause to thank You for Your unfailing compassion.
In a world that often feels cold or indifferent, Your heart is never far from mine.
You see my weakness, my worries, my moments of doubt—and You meet them with mercy.

Like a loving Father, You are patient with my questions.
You don’t shame me when I fall; You lift me with grace.
When I wander, You welcome me back.
When I ache, You draw near.
Help me rest in the truth that I am not alone in my burdens or mistakes.
Remind me that Your love is not earned—it’s given, again and again.
Shape my heart to reflect Yours, that I too may show compassion to others with the same tenderness You’ve shown me.
Tonight, I breathe deep in the safety of Your presence.
I trust You to watch over me, forgive me, and lead me forward with peace.
Thank You, Father, for loving me like only You can.
