Hi, I'm so excited. I've been waiting for this video for a long time, because I want to teach you why Christians should celebrate Purim. Do you even know what Purim is? Yes, it's in the Bible. And we're going to talk about it today.
Alright, today, we're going to talk about Purim. Now, I'm not sure if you've ever heard that word before, but I'm going to teach you all about it. And make sure you stay tuned to the end because I just have something special I want to share with you. So why should Christians celebrate parum? I would love to read in your comments down below.
Let's get started.
What I want you to understand is the more we can see scripture come to life, which is why we take the trips to Israel. But the more we can see scripture come to life, the more we can see it working in our life today. That's the whole Okay, that's it in a nutshell, why we should celebrate Purim .www.youtube.com/watch Because it's scripture coming to life. And so when your family understands how God works, how he worked centuries ago, in the biblical days, in the days of today, when our children and even us understand how God works, we can recognize him at work around us today. And
that's it.
That's why we should celebrate them. Now, I realize this can be one of the most crazy, most revealing events of the year. And yet most of the Christians don't even know about it. In fact, as little as we know about leap year, we know even less about Purim. So if I told you Purim is about the Second Coming. All right, I know you're paying attention now, if I told you about your purpose in life, it was about God's secrets. It was about incredible fun. It was about a date that changed history.
Purim is about the story of Esther. In the book of Esther, we have every part of a play that could ever be added to a script. We have the beautiful queen, we have kings, we have secrets, we have villains, we have heroes, we have horror stories, we have perfect theater. Imagine the future of a child's life, who understands God in a way that he can just call on God in every single situation. What could God do in the life of a young person who understands God at work in their life, even at a young age. That's what we're going to talk about. This is why Purim
is so important. And I want you to start celebrating it today. So purim is the story of Esther.
We have the feast of Purim, we have an eternal message, we have an enduring feast, and finally, the providence of God. And yet, with all of this happening in the book of Esther, never do we see God's name in the book. And but yet, he's weaving all of the details to bring him glory. God will always deliver his people, no matter how gloomy it may seem, the Jews who did not go back to the promised land now let's just kind of set the scene here.
And the Jews, you know, they didn't go back to their Promised Land. If they had gone back, we wouldn't have been in this situation. But they didn't go back to their Promised Land. So now we're dealing with this situation. And you know, they were comfortable, but now they are in a dire circumstance.
God is always at work in the circumstances. This is what our children need to understand God is always at work. So God revealed his deliverance and Esther and God will reveal his deliverance on the final day of atonement. God delivered his people.
