My Spouse is Depressed. Loving a Depressed Man (Even when it's hard...)

Hey to you out there struggling as the lover of a husband or spouse or loved one with depression... I've been there, and I know that loving a depressed person is not always easy... gosh, far from it!

Since my husband Josh Canning started opening up about depression a few years back, and I started sharing about the experience from my side, I have received MANY questions about anxiety and depression in marriage. I am happy to speak on this topic because it is so important and I truly believe that THERE IS SO MUCH HOPE!

In this video my husband Josh and I discuss how to love a depressed partner in a way they can receive it. While Josh's depression surprised and blind-sided me in the beginning, I've come to accept it as part of the whole package of who he is, and loving a depressed man, THIS man, has become life's passion for me.
