What Are Organic Foods To Buy
Today many people are shopping and filling their refrigerators with foods to make delicious assortments for the holidays. Yet there are some rules of buying food that you need to pay attention to because your health matters to me. Yes, there are some foods that you cannot buy unless they are organic. And we're going to talk about the toxic effects of these foods. So today we're going to go through and review the list of the Dirty Dozen and the Clean 15. This is a very important list.

Now here's the question point, children have a lower level of toxic load than they can handle because of this smallness of their body. And yet, if we're feeding them a lot of foods that are not organic that need to be we get in like pesticides, it can have an accumulative effect, and it can overstress overtax our immune system.
So we always want to be doing as much high fiber quality protein, lots of fresh vegetables every day to keep our immune system strong to counteract any pesticides, fungicides and herbicides that get into our body.
This is also why when we look at the Dirty Dozen less we need to pay attention to that and buy organic when possible, because everyone is different when that bucket is going to tip and douse you with toxins and overload your system.
