How to Reconcile with Your Headstrong Teen
Focus on the Family
Pastor Brian Noble is a dad of four and has a teenager who can be headstrong at times. He shares a few ways to reconcile with your headstrong teen.

The author of Living Reconciled: 7 Ways to Bring Peace to Your Most Difficult Relationships says when dealing with a teen who can be headstrong, it's important to have a Christ-like attitude toward that teen, and start to see that kid in a brand new way.

Among other perspectives he provides, Pastor Noble says that contrary to what the culture tells them, teens don't have to go through a rebellious phase. He says parents can let teens know that they can still glorify God even as they are experiencing hormonal and other life changes, because they have the Holy Spirit living within them.
