1. Alcohol
So the first one is alcohol. Yes, if you are considering getting pregnant, then do not drink any alcohol. It is just so unfair to the baby, perhaps you can handle it, that's fine. But a baby can handle no alcohol. Alcohol goes straight through the placenta to the baby. Fetal Alcohol Syndrome is very real.
