So this one is the refried bean dip recipe. The first thing you do is saute some onions and garlic in some butter and oil.
So now I've gone ahead and sauteed my onions, my garlic, along with the olive oil and the little bit of butter. I'm going to put that in my nutrimill.
Okay, so I'm going to put that in here. I'm going to use the wire whips because they are amazing from mixing things up. I'm going to add my beans. It costs for four cups of beans. I actually have a little bit more in here than forecasts, actually have five because when I cooked my beans and froze them, I happened to have frozen them in a package of five cups.
So I don't want to just have an extra cup leftover, so I'm just going to go ahead and add it to the recipe. Then it calls for some chili powder. It calls for some cumin, one of my very favorite spices, and then some salt and that's it. So I'm going to go ahead and put the lid on and we're just going to mix this up.

o here we have the bean dip and I'm telling you once you taste this, you will never buy that can refer. I banged it. You know the kind of weight you pop off the lid and it just looks like a solid mass. Yeah, it's gross. Um, I used to eat it as a kid with Fritos, but that was when I was always sick all the time.
This tastes amazing. You will never go back to that canned stuff again. And your body will say, Whoa, that feels good. Why don't you try it today? It's very inexpensive. People who say it costs a lot to eat healthily. No, it doesn't. You have your dried beans, and all you need to do is to just cook them.
