Today I want to share with you what healthy fats we need to get into our child's diet, because they're dealing so much with attention problems, just mindset problems, gut problems, and we even have kids with bumps behind their arms. We're going to talk about that today and how to get healthy fats into your child's diet.
So I'm gonna teach you what are the healthy fats for brain development, and no matter what age and also how to get them in your diet today.

Avocados or avocado oil would be number one to get in the diet.

The second food that we need to get into a child's diet would be salmon, we need wild caught sockeye salmon. And that's an excellent choice. I always suggest having salmon in the diet or a healthy fish in the diet at least once a week.

Eggs are the third food they're very nutritious especially for kids and adults. They have an ingredient called choline. Choline helps us with memory. So having eggs two or three times a week would be very beneficial for your kids.

We want to buy free range and non-GMO seed that has been fed to the chickens. Another food is going to be beef. Yes, beef has very good fats for us. And if you can get them grass fed with no being topped off with grain for the last two weeks, that's even better.

Or you can use coconut oil using those in your cooking, adding just a little bit into the child's smoothies or salad dressing. However you can get that in their diet would be excellent.

Then moving on even garbanzo beans, hummus foods like that great fat for the child.

And then we have nuts so any type of pecans, walnuts, almonds, cashews, those would be excellent for the child's diet.

Let's look at why we need these omega threes in our diet. First of all, it supports the retina and brain development, especially in the baby and the fetus, and as your children are developing, it truly helps with this brain development through every age that they're going through.
When that happens it's helping the brain to develop. We're gonna have less anxiety, less depression and less bipolar symptoms. So many children at young ages are starting to deal with this, we're going to have an increase in focus and better attention.
If children are dealing with brittle nails, and dry hair and dry skin, that's an Omega three deficiency. So realizing that we can help them to feel better about themselves to feel better about their work to to be able to do their work better. It is amazing that we can get this just with the foods that God's given us and omega 3s.
Next is the gut. So we need healthy fat for nutrients like vitamins A, D, E, and K, those vitamins don't get absorbed without a healthy fat in the diet. Now, think about this, if you have children who are breaking bones all the time, they have a calcium deficiency, or adults who have a calcium deficiency.
