Ray Evans is the FIEC Leadership Consultant serving over 600 churches in the UK. He gives advice to leaders, their teams, and the churches they serve. He writes a regular leadership blog on the FIEC web site, and is the author of books such as Ready, Steady, Grow, and Church Leadership. He has served as pastor at Grace Community Church in Bedford, England for nearly 40 years. The church has seen significant growth and now has a staff team that Ray mentors and advises. He is a regular conference speaker at events such as Word Alive, Keswick, Bible by the Beach, and many others.
