Today’s Q&A questions today are all about how to fight cancer with food. Yes, this is such an important topic. And I'm so glad that you asked these questions so that we can talk about it.

Now for these questions, I'm always going to refer to God's recipe for excellent health and the Bible diet.

1. I have vaginal cancer and in preparation for surgery, what can I eat throughout the day for breakfast, lunch and dinner to help get my body prepared for surgery?

Now I have to add a disclaimer before I can answer this question. Please note that I'm not a physician, I'm not hired by you to be your personal nutritionist, and I am stating what I would do in this situation, please seek the help of your physician, your private physician and for any questions or changes. Also follow the protocol of the nutritionist that your doctor recommended.

I'm not telling you what to do, I'm just telling you what I would do personally. So pre surgery workup, I would personally do a fast with just homemade bone broth and water. And I would do this for three days, I would continue with my supplements, I really want to make sure my vitamin D and my zinc levels are at optimal levels. I would also add in vitamin C and my multivitamin, I would walk everyday, at least one mile outdoors, I need that fresh air no matter what the temperature, and I would sing praises and thank him for all he's going to do with my life and with my future.

2. What are the best foods to fight cancer?

So let's start with the worst foods first fried. This includes basically all major foods from your suppliers, soda, no canned foods, limited frozen foods, no fake breads, no ice cream, nicotine sausage prepared deli meats, white flour, white milk, white sugar and white rice. Okay, now we've cleaned that up. Now what can we enjoy for yourself and for your body or my body? Remember the three principles: eat the foods God called good. Eat the foods is close to his creation. Don't let any food become an idol. Now, if you can't live without food, that's an idol. 3. How to build my immune system after completing chemo?

I personally would do lots of juicing, I would use fruits, I would use vegetables daily, and I would drink at least eight to 12 ounces a day. Then I would eat a large salad and fresh organic greens every day, I would also add in four ounces of protein. So either a vegetable based protein or a meat from a farmer that I personally know. No more letting other people control your food. I would drink purified water and I would enjoy lemons in my water throughout the day.
