Statistics show that many millennials are leaving the church in rapid fashion. Compared to previous generations, there is a mass exodus away from the church, or any organized religion for that matter, among many millennials. Why is this happening? Why are so many millennials disinterested in church? Are their reasons valid?

Equally as important, what can the church do to reach millennials who are leaving church? What changes can the church make to attract more millennials to their services? This video speaks first to the millennial, or anyone who has left church for that matter, and analyzes whether their reasons for leaving are valid or not. In the second half of the video, I speak directly to the church and look at ways the church can practically win back a generation of people who are slowly turning away from the church.
