Ready for a new recipe? This cheesy broccoli bake recipe is taken straight out of the cookbook, healthy treasures cookbook thebiblicalnutritionist.com/books/. But today, we’ll do a little twist to it!

Cheesy Broccoli Bake Recipe - Ingredients:

1 lb organic beef (or lamb/ venison, ground turkey or chicken)
1 medium-sized onion, chopped
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup pepper (green, yellow, orange, etc)
3 cups chopped and diced cauliflower

What’s different about this cheesy broccoli bake recipe is we're going to use cauliflower. We're going to replace three cups of brown rice with chopped diced cauliflower. This is our fun nutritional twist.

In fact, if you haven't already watched my cruciferous videos that teach you why cruciferous vegetables are so good at preventing cancer and helping to inhibit the growth of cancer, please go ahead and check that video out.

We're going to go ahead and cook our diced cauliflower in the microwave or you could steam it on the stove whichever you prefer. I usually do it for about three to four minutes and then it becomes nice and soft and tender. And I can take a paper towel to remove the excess water. Now that our meat is done, we've added our onions and mushrooms and peppers, and also I want to add one clove of garlic. To this I'm now going to go ahead and add in my skillet, the cauliflower, I'm going to add in two cups of diced fresh or frozen broccoli. And I'm going to add in two cups of cheddar cheese when you are adding cheddar cheese to any of your recipes, be sure and buy it in a block form and then you do the shredding and that's going to save your body a lot of chemicals shredded already in the store has chemicals on it to prevent caking. And those are synthetics and we don't need them in our body. Now we're cooking this just until it's heated all the way through.

Take a 13 x 9 baking dish and go ahead and grease it and then we're going to add all of our ingredients into this baking dish. Spread it out nice and flat and then we're going to sprinkle it with a little bit of my favorite seasoning,www.amazon.com/shop/thebiblicalnutritionist. And then you could even top it off with some parmesan cheese if you'd like. We're then going to bake it in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
