As you may already know, come July 1st, the majority of agents will fall into one of three categories. The first group consists of our clients who have already taken the necessary steps to develop their skills, practice their presentations, and are comfortable with the new agreements. This is where we want you to be - in the ideal state.

The second group will probably wait until around June, hoping for some "perfect" moment to take action. However, it's that third group that concerns us - those who don't believe the changes will actually happen and continue doing things as they always have.
