Some days you just need a healthy dessert for yourself or your spouse or for your kids and even your grandkids. So today, I’ll share with you one of the best peach recipes I’ve got - how to make popsicles using peaches! Whether it's summer, spring, fall, winter, it doesn't matter. As long as I have a homemade treat in the freezer, I know I'm ready for the grandkids to show up. For this peach popsicles recipe, we're going to use my immersion blender food processor Let's just go ahead and get started. We're gonna put two cups of peaches in our food processor. Then we’ll add some yogurt. I like to use white peaches as these are sweeter and juicier.

Then, I am going to add some protein powder and it's very important that you add the protein powder. The yogurt gives us a good boost of protein, it gives us some good probiotics, but the protein powder itself is going to really increase our protein in this recipe, which means that you can feel extremely good about serving it to your children, your grandchildren, and your spouse or yourself. Let’s go ahead and mix everything up.

If you want, you can add some nuts, some coconuts, and a bit of vanilla extract. Adding some cinnamon is another good addition. Then, spoon these in your push pops, put the cap on and then just throw them in the freezer. It doesn't matter if they're on their side, upside down, whatever. They will stay nights nicely sealed. When the kids come, they just pop off the top, push it up and enjoy these push pops.
