MEAL INFORMATION:
BLENDER OATMEAL WAFFLES
3 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
2 TBS ground flax meal
3 cups milk
4 eggs
4 TBS melted coconut oil
3 TBS flour
1 ripe banana
Place all ingredients in blender, blend on high until everything is combined into batter.
Follow waffle maker instructions.
