First let me start by sharing how to not be anxious. – it starts in Philippians 4:6: "Rejoice in the Lord always, again I will say rejoice
Let your gentle spirit be known to all men. The Lord is near.
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God."

When I am rejoicing in the Lord – the time to cook healthy will subside, the money issue will lessen, the diet sodas will take a back seat and the money issue will again lessen.

I am in no way belittling these concerns – they are true concerns. Yet, we must understand God has loved you with an everlasting love.
Those we love we don’t say – fend for yourself – never. We say – let me help you. Let me show you.

God knows our going out and our coming in. He has a plan and a purpose.
