Gut-Friendly Cream of Wheat Recipe<br />
4 cups water<br />
1/4 cup blueberries <br />
2 bananas cut into bite-sized pieces<br />
1/2 tsp unrefined organic coconut oil<br />
1 cup organic creamy brown rice cereal<br />
2 tbsp coconut nectar or honey<br />
1 cup canned coconut milk <br />

Directions<br />
In a medium saucepan combine water, blueberries, bananas, and oil.<br />
Bring it to a boil.<br />
Once it is boiling add in brown rice cereal<br />
Whisk this in<br />
Allow it to cook on high for a few minutes while stirring<br />
Reduce to low and add coconut milk and nectar<br />
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes<br />
Top with whatever you like<br />
