Hey guys! We finally finished this video! A few people have asked why we use background music instead of just leaving the original audio in. The tricky part of filming in public is that there is almost always background music in the places we go. If YouTube detects the songs in the background it will send us a copyright strike for using the songs without permission. The cover songs we do are ok because it’s our interpretation of the songs, and not the exact recording. Anyway, I wanted to clear that up since we got a lot of questions about that last time. We’re going to try a voice over video where we narrate our trip next time. 😊 Our trip to Dallas, Fort Worth and Waco was so much fun! We got to see downtown Dallas, the Fort Worth Stockyards, a longhorn cattle drive and the Magnolia Silos in Waco. We went there for a corporate gig Colt has played for the last seven years, and this time they asked if the kids wanted to join in. They played for about an hour of his set which is the longest they’ve ever played live. We were so proud of their endurance. Even after their set they were still itching to play more. I love watching them up there with Colt and we’re excited for more opportunities for them to all play together in the future. We hope you enjoy this little glimpse into what was a wonderful trip!<br />

Hello everyone! We're the Clark family. Colt (the dad) is a professional musician and Aubree (me, the mom behind the camera) is a photographer. Together we home school our three children (even when we're not in the middle of a pandemic). :) To keep busy during the shutdown we started learning and recording a new song every other day to share with our friends and family. We love playing music and spending time together as a family. Hopefully these songs brighten your day!
