Bellamy Cooks: "Girls Club Eggplant"

Hey guys! Today we have a new type of video for you. Many long-time subscribers may remember a video Bellamy filmed herself a while ago of her first recipe called “Lemon-Lime” (video link below). It was basically lemon and lime juice mixed together with water and after she made it she realized it was disgusting. HAHA! Ever since that video she has been wanting to make a real cooking video so I told her we’d give it a whirl. We tried using a child’s knife that is perfect for cutting strawberries and firmer foods, but apparently not tomatoes, so stay for those outtakes at the end. 😊 We call this recipe “girls club eggplant” simply because none of the boys in our house like eggplant. We hope you enjoy Bellamy’s take on a cooking show, with a little help from me. 😊

Hello everyone! We're the Clark family. Colt (the dad) is a professional musician and Aubree (me, the mom behind the camera) is a photographer. Together we home school our three children (even when we're not in the middle of a pandemic). :) To keep busy during the shutdown we started learning and recording a new song every other day to share with our friends and family.
