Chatty Get Ready With Me, Living Out What You Believe

This might sound so simple, but I know I am not the only one who has struggled to take care of my body. Everything starts inside. What we believe is going to be displayed in how we do life!!! Just wanted to share my weaknesses with y'all. Changing our mindset and perspective will change the decisions we make. Anyone else out there working towards a more healthy lifestyle??? let's choose to take care of ourselves- not so we can see a number on the scale, fit into a certain size, or just look good for summer BUT because we have purpose in TODAY!!!
Also let's care about inner transformation through christ... not what we perceive based upon appearance. God wants us to be used for something so great! His concerns are much deeper than physical appearance. God looks at the heart. Let's look at others through a lens of Christ. Love you friends!!
