Today's questions that I'm going to answer are all about the harmful ingredients that are in our food. And this is not a surprise to anyone, we're all aware of it. Yet, what can we do to overcome it? We can't stop all of it, but we can overcome it.

1. Are all produce that one buys at the grocery store Do they still have the same nutritional value as they did in the 1950s?

Well, there is research that shows that the nutritive value of foods in the produce aisle is reduced from anywhere from nine to 38% since the early 1950s. Yet even with this reduction, we're still better able to build an immune system and create a viable microbiome when we eat real foods.

It takes small changes with real food to create a large scale improvement in your health. Yet we need to be consistent on a daily basis. Good food leads to good moods. Good foods leads to happy family and good foods
using God's recipe for excellent health is going to lead to a good healthy future.

2. What do you think about all the pesticides, herbicides and insecticides on our food?
Basically, I find it extremely devastating how our farming has migrated to the use of GMO crops and chemicals, even organic can use a lesser amount of pesticides in gardening practices. So chemicals are used in the growing the harvesting and the processing of our food. Although legislation of both parties in power have made it difficult for the consumer to know what is actually been used on their food. So we can't really place the blame. Either way, they're both responsible, which is why we're seeing an exponential effect. And this is not a good one.

3. Should we only eat grass fed organic meat?
Yes, by all means. This is very important. So if you choose to eat meat, then you need to know the farmer if you choose to eat fish, then it must be wild caught and for my preference, I only eat biblically clean foods. If you're going to eat eggs, no the farmer. All clean animals were created to be herbivores. And this should be fresh growing greens and Field Crops compared to processed GMO grain fed beef.
