It's simple to burn fat whenever you follow these three tips

There's a lot of confusion about when to eat carbs, if you should eat carbs, what carbs you should eat Etc., should you eat protein and carbs at the same time?

Should you eat a high-protein low-carb diet? The information overwhelm is a reality!

There are three steps to burn fat fast.

Maybe a bag of nuts, pumpkin seeds… Whatever to snack on if you really want to munch on something because you’re hungry.

2. Never start with a sweet - don't eat that bread first.

3. At every meal, be sure to eat protein and carbs.

There’s a lot of mind-boggling information proliferating the internet but you got to understand that a good, healthy carb is what your body needs. So we’re talking about whole grains, veggies, legumes, beans (beans and legumes are also protein sources, by the way!).

What happens when you combine protein and carbs is quite fascinating…

You create a “fire” in your body that burns fat.

Pretty amazing, huh?

It’s really all in the right combination of food that can help you stay healthy, maintain your desired weight, and feel great about your body!

It takes practice and consistency to develop this habit.
