Hey gang. Had some good sweaty fun doing this with my sis in law Andrea (@EarthyAndy ) as part of our 7 day health challenge we are doing over on Instagram. An 18 min TOTAL BODY BLAZER, and an optional 3min warmup in the beginning. We have 2 different circuits which we will do seperately for 3 rounds each, and then combine both together for one finale round. It is a real kicker and great for when you are short on time or just want to get the heart rate going nice and quick! No equipment necessary just some good ol enthusiasm and a smile.
Remember to modify as you see fit for your own needs, I have included a few throughout the video.
