Hey ya'll!! Hope you love this sniper style arm burner! You don't need anything other than a body length of space. Its a goodie, quick and easy to do anywhere and IT BURNS GOOOOOD!! I was a sweaty mess in just 8 mins!! This is a good one to add onto a workout, do as a finisher, or even repeat a couple times (of course rest between rounds ;)) for the ultimate arm workout! Be sure to give those arms and shoulders a nice stretch after.
