Here is a low impact full body HIIT workout today that will still get your heart thumping ! Ive had requests for less intense workouts so this is for you ;) All bodyweight exercises in this one so no equipment in needed. These low impact moves mean no jumping so this workout is apartment friendly and easy on those joints! Of course if you feel like you want to ramp it up, the option is always available to take it to another level.

No warmup in todays workout, so i recommend dancing to your fav song for a few minutes and do some light stretching to get the body warm and blood flowing.
