So Ive been realizing that there are a lot of teens in our community, and what I've been hearing is that you would like a quick and quiet workout that you can do in your room before school or even after dinner! <br />

This low impact workout is just what you need! Its a great start for any beginners (even if you are not a teen), and as you get better at it, you can even add weights to make it more challenging.<br />
<br />
I know it may feel at times like you are 'embarrassed' to be working out in front of your family; trust me I've been there. I used to be the "chubby" one in my family and would sometimes get teased so I wish I had something like this workout - not to lose the weight- but to feel more confident and like I am doing something great for my health.<br />

This workout has simple moves, but if you really get into it, it can be a perfect short burn.<br />
