If you've had a large meal, or a few meals of overeating, or even a week or two of feeling like you are "off track", Im here to tell you that its okay, and its part of the process.

We are just going to pick ourselves back up again and stop beating ourselves up about it and start moving our body!

This workout was designed to get your mind and body back into movement mode with quick and simple exercises to keep you engaged, excited, and getting rid of bloat. This workout is also perfect to do about 20-30 mins after you finish dinner, or any meal for that matter.
