Beginner HIIT Workout (1 Mile Brisk Walk)

The vote came in (on my community tab) and I had to deliver a workout that was challenging but still perfect for beginners!
This 20 minute workout is comprised of a warm up, HIIT section, and cool down. We exercise for 30 seconds and walk for 10 seconds between each exercise.
If at any point you are getting overworked, just take a breather, take a sip of your water and hop right back in. If you feel like you only want to start with half of the workout, there is a little checkpoint where I let you know that youre half way and you can come back to this workout repeatedly to gain endurance and strength!
Make sure to record yourself doing these workouts. It really helps to see your progress over time even for your form and endurance. I personally find it very encouraging when I see even improvement in how happy I am throughout each of my workouts.
