Sumo squats (advanced or modified) + punches- 00:40
Hallelujah arms with calf raise + 4 Tricep pulses- 03:25
Parallel leg pulses + weight lift (switch weight half-way through)- 06:10
R- narrow squat + kickboxer with weight- 08:55
L- narrow squat + kickboxer with weight- 11:40
