You guys asked for it so here it is!:) Today I have my sister in law, boss mama, and health inspo Andrea (@EarthyAndy) working out with me. We did this live on her instagram last week, and sounds like you guys want to be able to do it more so she joined me for this 20min booty roaster you can follow along to from anywhere!

All you need is a body length of space and a smile. You can use a mat, towel, or blanket if you want softer padding for your knees, and add in ankle weights if you want the extra burn and resistence. This is going to help sculpt & shape all parts of your booty. So lets get the barbeque started and roast some serious booties!!

Repeat this again for a full out butt workout. Tag it on to the end of a workout as a finisher. Or even use to activate the glutes before a workout.
