Is Satan Attacking You Through Fear?

Is Satan attacking you? By studying Hebrews 2:14-15, we can see a really clear sign to help you answer this question. It states:
“Since the children have flesh and blood, [Jesus] too shared in their humanity so that by his death he might break the power of him who holds the power of death—that is, the devil— and free those who all their lives were held in slavery by their fear of death.”
Here’s the principle: Satan is attacking you if you are a slave to sin because of fear.
For example, when we fear getting rejected by our peers, we give into temptation just to be accepted. When we fear not having enough money, we sin by being anxious. When we fear not getting what we want, we choose quick sinful pleasures.
If you want to overcome this attack, you have to die to your fear of death. As Romans 6:11 states, “So you also must consider yourselves dead to sin and alive to God in Christ Jesus.”
