Is bread bad for you?

Bread, especially when made from whole grains, can be a nutritious and beneficial part of your diet. However, store-bought bread is not your best choice because of these reasons:

Loss of Nutrients:

Refined Flour: Many store-bought breads use refined white flour, which has been stripped of the bran and germ during processing. This removes a significant portion of the fiber, vitamins, and minerals naturally present in whole grains.
Preservatives and Additives: To extend shelf life and improve texture, store-bought breads often contain preservatives, artificial flavors, and other additives. These can dilute the nutritional quality of the bread.
