To overthink is to think about something too much or for too long. Which means that overthinking in and of itself isn't an issue; the issue is that we overthink about the wrong things: what we're worried about, what people think of us, the things that could go wrong. I tend to be an overthinker but as God continues to grow me in this area, I'm sharing some of the very practical things I've learned that help me turn from overthinking the wrong things so I can experience God's peace. 🤍
