We're taking a look at two powerful biblical stories that reveal a truth we all need to hear: people cannot cancel God's plans for your life.
First we'll unpack the story of Joseph in Genesis 40-41 of how his brothers sold him into slavery, Potiphar's wife falsely accused him, and the cupbearer forgot about him—yet God still elevated him to second-in-command over all of Egypt. Then we'll look at David in 2 Samuel 2 and how he waited on God to open the door to kingship rather than forcing his way in.
