Father's Prayer For his Family

Almighty God, You are the Father of all creation, of the galaxies and constellations,
And the countless stars which adorn the Heavenly realms, the deepest oceans and highest mountains,
And the beautiful and breathtaking Flora and Fauna here on earth, bear a testimony of your Glory and Grace.
Above all, Heavenly Father you have created the human kind in your own likeness, to further your Glory and Love, here on earth.

Gracious and Loving Father,I come to you as the Head of my family, in all humility and place my family, in your tender, loving and caring hands.
Heavenly Father, I thank you for the gift of my family, for whom I now pray and upon whom I now ask you to shower your blessings.

I beseech you, Almighty Father, to grant me the means to provide for their sustenance and bless the occupation and the employment that I have.
As you know Lord Jesus, there are multiple obstacles which crop up in family life from time to time,
I ask you Gracious Father, to grant me the gift of good counsel, fortitude and understanding, to clear the problems which line the path of my family.


I ask you, Loving Father, to open my mind and heart to try and fathom the plans for my family, so that I can take right and judicious decisions as my family grows and moves ahead.
In your graciousness, grant me courage of mind and body so that I can always be a pillar of strength, while inculcating and instilling sound family values.
I entreat you, Almighty God, to keep your guardian angels always at my family's side to keep them away from perils and all harm.
I take your precious blood and sprinkle it over myself and my family right from the crown of my head to the very soles of my feet.
I claim total and complete protection for my life and my family.

Protect us all, from any kind of dangers or unseen enemies and be our shield to guard us from any kinds of diseases or infection from entering our body.
I also surrender to You, those family members who are sick and ailing right now.
May You be the comfort of our family members who are physically in pain right now.
Touch them with Your Healing Hands, Lord.
Let Your healing power flow through every cell of their bodies.

Let your heavenly grace flow into my family so that we never wander off from your path of love, hope and faith.
At times we let anger, strife, and bitterness rule over our hearts and because of this, we end up hurting our families.
We ask for You to forgive us, loving Father, for these sins against our own families.
Change our hearts and make them truly loving.
Humble us, Lord, so that we may seek forgiveness without pride.

Help us always to be united and together, rooted and grounded, keeping you the creator, Lord Jesus, as the center of our family.
Strengthen our relationships, deepen our faith, and build us up into a stronger family.
Lord shower your blessings upon each member of my family, instilling your love deeply into our hearts.
Lord, be the cornerstone of my family, our firm foundation.

I make this prayer through Christ our Lord.
