President Biden has denounced Russian President Vladimir Putin for his horrific attacks on Ukrainian civilians. On Wednesday he condemned Russia's tyrannical leader, calling Putin "a war criminal." Britain's U.N. Mission agrees, tweeting, "Russia is committing war crimes and targeting civilians." <br />

Russian forces are reportedly using human shields, bombing hospitals, and even targeting a building that was clearly marked as housing children. <br />
