What Happens If You Eat Ginger Everyday -The Medicinal Benefits of Ginger
Let’s start with why ginger is so amazing for our health. You may already know that ginger is great for alleviating nausea from motion sickness or even helping with digestion, but did you know it also has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties?

Ginger contains a compound called gingerol, which is responsible for many of its healing effects. It’s not only great for calming the stomach, but also for soothing inflammation throughout your body. This is why it’s often used for things like car sickness, sea sickness, and other stomach issues. But its health benefits don’t stop there!

The Many Forms of Ginger
You can enjoy ginger in a variety of ways – fresh, frozen, powdered, or even dried. Fresh ginger is fantastic, and if you want to make it last longer, you can chop it up, freeze it, and then just pop out a cube or two when you need it. I love freezing ginger by chopping it up, putting it in ice cube trays with a bit of water, and then using it as needed.

If you don’t want to deal with fresh ginger, you can always buy powdered ginger from your local spice aisle. Just be mindful of the age of your spices – after six months, they lose potency, and after a year, they’ve likely lost both flavor and medicinal benefits. So make sure your ginger is fresh to enjoy all its healthful goodness!
