Here are two simple biblical habits that can help you begin making real changes in your physical health, spiritual health, mindset, and daily life. You don't have to change everything at once. Sometimes the biggest transformation begins with one decision—and then another.

Step 1: Start Your Day With Amen Day.

Before the busyness of the day begins, start your morning by turning your attention toward God. Amen Day is about intentionally beginning your day with God and allowing Him to be part of your thoughts, choices, habits, and priorities.

How we begin our day can influence how we live the rest of it. Instead of immediately focusing on problems, responsibilities, food, stress, or everything that needs to get done, we can begin by acknowledging God and inviting Him into our day.

Step 2: Decide—and Do It.

Knowing what you should do isn't always enough. At some point, you have to make a decision and act on it.
