Today's questions are all about the biblical diet and nutrition myths. And there's quite a few myths out there. If it can't be backed up in God's word, then we have to pause and say, is that true? Well, today we're going to talk about it and I'm going to answer your questions.

Well know that we're only in a battle as you use the word combat if we're struggling with understanding the gifts that God has given us. God's word it teaches us we are fearfully and wonderfully made. And God loves the Israelites so much that he was very clear on what foods were going to be the very best for them.

He was setting them aside, setting them apart. He even planted a garden for them in the beginning in Genesis, and again in Deuteronomy, when they were to go into the promised land there was a huge banquet waiting, and he uses food over and over as representation of his love.
