This Objection FALLS APART In Matthew 5

Many Christians say the Sabbath command is not repeated in the New Testament, so it must no longer apply. But is that really how Scripture works? In this short, I respond to Allen Parr’s objection and show why Matthew 5:17–19 matters when discussing the Sabbath, the Ten Commandments, and whether Jesus abolished God’s law.

Jesus said, “Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets” and warned against breaking even one of God’s commandments. So if the Ten Commandments were already clearly given in Exodus and Deuteronomy, why would God need to repeat every command again in the New Testament?
