Join me for this highly requested dance workout to some of The Weeknds' greatest hits! This workout was designed to have you dancing and smiling and having a good time while getting your sweat on and heart rate up!
Our goal here is always to enjoy moving our bodies and pushing ourselves so we can finish our workouts feeling accomplished and excited for more. As we continue in this routine, we will not only get amazing results, but we will start to believe in ourselves more and make a positive impact on the people around us.
So hop into this workout with that thought; that every movement you make, every act of self care is indeed selfless because you can't pour from an empty cup.
If any of the dance moves are too complicated or too fast, take it at your own pace or make up your own moves! There is no right or wrong, just the opportunity to enjoy the moment.
