The New Chancery of the Diocese of Winona-Rochester

Friends, last April we broke ground for the new chancery building in Rochester, Minnesota, and God has brought this work to completion. Our goal for the chancery, especially its beautiful chapel, was for it to be a sign of our faith, a testament of truth, and a place where God’s people can come to know him more deeply.
