Soca Dance Fat Burning Cardio Workout

This Soca Dance Party Challenged me as I learned new dance moves and challenged myself to make it into a workout!

It is my hope that this workout makes you feel more alive, more excited about working out, and like a strong individual...cause you are!

If any of the moves during this workout are a bit to challenging or fast, just make up your own moves or dance/walk on the spot. This will help you keep your heart rate up and keep the fat burning going.

Make sure you smile with me, movement is a celebration of what your body can do. You are capable and smart and strong; never forget that.

If you've read this entire caption, makes sure to comment below letting me know your sweat level on a scale of 0-10; (0 = no sweat, 10 = looks like I jumped in the pool)

Here are a few new dance parties to challenge yourself with so you can enjoy working out at home...
