Powerful Health Tonic Recipe: Turmeric-Ginger Shots

5 inches ginger freshly chopped
1 teaspoon turmeric powder or 3 inches chopped
1 large orange (smaller is ok) or substitute grapefruit
1 lemon, substitute lime
8 ounces of purified water - do not use chlorinated water
Optional ingredients to boost flavor and health: 1/4 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon raw local honey.

Blend in your favorite blender. Store in a tight glass jar (turmeric stains, which is why we use glass).
