In fact, there are certain foods that make your skin look younger—and many of them have been around since biblical times. These nourishing, God-created foods support your body from the inside out, giving you clearer, more radiant skin without relying on harsh chemicals.
1. Water
Let’s start with the most essential: water. It’s not technically a “food,” but no skin-glow guide is complete without it.
