Easy and Quick Bruschetta Recipe – Sweet and Savory Variations

Bruschetta is a simple yet flavorful Italian appetizer that can be customized in many ways. Today, we’re making two versions—one sweet and one savory—so you can enjoy a delicious treat anytime with family and friends.

Ingredients
For the Toasted Bread:
- 1 loaf of fresh bread (homemade or store-bought)
- 4 slices brushed with butter (for sweet bruschetta)
- 4 slices brushed with olive oil mixed with Italian spices (for savory bruschetta)
- Garlic (optional, for extra flavor)

For the Savory Bruschetta:
- ½ cup homemade or store-bought yogurt (or cream cheese)
- 1 teaspoon Italian herb blend (oregano, thyme, or your choice)
- A pinch of Redmond’s flavored salt (garlic or onion works well)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Balsamic vinegar for drizzling

For the Sweet Bruschetta:
- ½ cup homemade yogurt (or cream cheese)
- 2 tablespoons peach fig jam (or any jam of your choice)
- Fresh figs, sliced
- Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare and Toast the Bread
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
